VALENTINE HEART BISCUITS
1 - Beat butter, essence, icing sugar and egg yolk in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in sifted flours and enough milk to mix a soft dough 2 - Knead gently on lightly floured surface until smooth, cover; refrigerate 20 minutes. 3 - Roll dough between sheets of baking paper until 3mm thick. Cut with heart-shaped cutters and place about 3cm apart on greased oven trays. 4 - Bake in moderate oven about 12 minutes or

Why Yoga?
Yoga is
a great way to relax, and it gives you space to focus solely on
yourself. After a yoga class you’ll feel refreshed and ready to take on
the challenges of family life. If you can’t get to a yoga class, there are
plenty of stress-relieving yoga moves you can do at home, like:
Child’s Pose
Kneel on the floor. Touch your big
toes together and sit on your heels, then separate your knees a little wider
than your hips. Reach forward placing your palms and forehead on the ground,
while also pushing your buttocks towards your heels. Feel the stretch along
your back and arms while you take deep, long, steady breaths for one to three
minutes. When you are finished, walk your hands in to help you slowly lift your
torso.
